DT-3010. Originally designed as a large capacity unwind station for the 800 series Mark
Andy presses, this adaptable unit can be teamed up with other presses as well.
Another attractive feature of the DT-3010 is the method by which web tensioning is
achieved and controlled. An idler roller attached to a "dancer" compensates
automatically for increased drag by the press operator, no more adjustment is necessary!
(The DT-3010 requires hook-up to an external air supply).
- Side-lay adjustment for web alignment
- Heavy-duty steel plate construction of main frame
- 2-1/4" diameter aluminium idler rollers mounted on 1" shafts
- Sealed ball bearings on main shaft and idler rollers
- Unit comes set up to feed from left to right, but can be adapted to feed from right to
left (specify when ordering)
- Unit is shipped fully crated for added protection during shipment
- C.E. approved
